PA Cunningham and Associates, LLC was initially started

by Patricia Cunningham in 1994 in Jacksonville, Oregon. In the early 2000's Dave and Jesse, along with Tim's dad Jim, joined the team. Patricia and Jim have since retired, but not before imparting their wisdom to the next generation of appraisers.

Dave Heidegger

Dave is an Oregon native and has been appraising since 2003 in Southern Oregon. He has extensive experience in almost all kinds of residential appraisal work.

In his free time he enjoys fly fishing, rafting, and other outdoor activities.

Dan Gregory

Certified Residential Appraiser

Dan was raised in Southern Oregon. He has earned a BA in Business Admin from Simpson University (Magna Cum Laude) and is finishing a MA from Wheaton College. He started working at PAC Appraisals in 2014 and has recently earned his certification in Oregon.

Dan loves romping in the pool with his daughters and taking his wife out on dates. He is also the lead pastor of a local church and loves serving the community in a variety of ways.
